Refund/Returns Policy
All purchases are final and transactions are in Canadian Dollars. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided. As soon as an order is made, your contest entries are instantly processed and submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot modify the entries for the dream car giveaway.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to facilitate exchanges. Should you wish to exchange an item for another size or style, it must be in pristine, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to TunerSociety.ca. We will send the exchanged product back to you at no extra cost. Items can be swapped for products of equal value, or you can choose to upgrade and cover the additional cost. Downgrades that would lead to a refund cannot be approved. Contest entries are fixed and cannot be changed or withdrawn.
All exchange requests need to be made within 60 days of purchase. Any issues with defective products should also be reported within this 60-day period for warranty replacement. Beyond 60 days, we assume no further responsibility.
For all exchanges, kindly include a printout of the original invoice and any correspondence you've had with our Customer Service. Clearly state the name of the product you desire in return, and its size. Make sure to either attach a screenshot of your confirmation with your returned package or email the confirmation and your order number to support@tunersociety.ca.
Should you receive an item from us that's damaged or wrongly sent, please get in touch with our Customer Support right away to ensure prompt delivery of your purchased items.
Exchanges are approved based on our inspection of the returned item(s).
Boxers/Socks/Underwear:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on boxers, socks, or underwear.
Customers bear all shipping expenses.

Shipping Time:
We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. The typical shipping duration is 3-5 business days. (Please note that international orders might take longer due to customs procedures).
We strive to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible without compromising our quality standards.
Bear in mind that, due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times might vary.
Delivered but Not Received:
Should you face any issues after contacting your shipping provider and they are unable to locate your package, get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
Tracking:
After your order is processed and scanned, you'll get an email containing your tracking number.
The tracking information will be updated once the carrier receives and scans your package. (This may take up to 24 hours for updates).
If, for some reason, you don’t receive an email with tracking details, please reach out to our Customer Support immediately.
Address Correction:
For any address corrections, kindly contact Customer Support.
Orders Returned to Us:
Packages with undeliverable addresses will be returned to our facility. If we receive your order back, we will get in touch with you to update the address.
Upon reshipping the order, a new tracking number will be provided to you.
